About the Role
As a Health Unit Coordinator - Oncology, you will collaborate with healthcare providers by greeting patients and visitors, answering phones, accessing the electronic medical record (EMR), scheduling appointments, and providing general clerical support. You will be responsible for maintaining patient charts, coordinating patient transport, and assisting in inventory management while consistently exhibiting excellent customer service skills.
About You
Required:
- Graduation from high school or GED; or an equivalent combination of related education and experience.
- Six (6) months of work experience related to customer service.
