About the Role

As a Health Unit Coordinator, you will reflect the mission, vision, and values of Northwestern Medicine, adhering to the organization's Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program. You will manage overall unit workflow, communicate effectively with staff and patients, and handle emergency situations calmly. Responsibilities include providing accurate information to patients, managing work schedules, and participating in continuous improvement efforts.
