About You
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of outside sales experience with exceptional prospecting and lead generation abilities.
- Knowledge of the Senior Living Industry.
- Hospital/skilled nursing facility sales experience.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
- Relationship-driven with a strategic mindset.
- Experience in presenting to target customers and overcoming objections.
- Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and CRM (Salesforce preferred).
Benefits
- Base Salary: $80-90K.
- On Target Earnings: $115-125K+ (Uncapped).
