About You
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 6 years of documented commercial/industrial maintenance experience or 2 years equivalent healthcare experience plus an Active M.E.C.H. Certification.
- Certifications in water treatment for boilers, chillers & cooling towers, UST Class A/B Operator, Universal EPA refrigeration certification, ASSE 6040 certification, ASHE Healthcare Physical Environment Worker, Fire Door Maintenance Inspection, Fire Barrier Maintenance and Inspection.
