About the Role
As a Healthcare Operations Manager, you will be responsible for building relationships with patients, leading a cross-functional clinical team, managing clinic operations and finances, and ensuring compliance with regulations. You will have the autonomy to run the clinic while receiving support from regional peers and the company.
About You
Required:
- Associate's degree preferred; Bachelor's degree in a related area strongly preferred.
- Minimum of one year experience in management (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience.
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse if required by state of employment.
- Current CPR certification required (or certification must be obtained within 60 days of hire).
- Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Preferred:
- Experience in healthcare management or operations.
- Strong collaboration skills to work with clinical and financial teams.
