About the Role
As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will handle multiple requisitions, develop and implement recruitment strategies, conduct interviews, and maintain recruiting metrics. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates from various platforms and promoting the company to attract talent. This position requires onsite work in Northbrook, IL.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree, preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of sourcing applicant tracking systems and job boards such as Workable, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated complex problem solving with the ability to organize and prioritize multiple high priority projects.
Preferred:
- Experience in developing engagement strategies to promote caregiver retention and satisfaction.
