About the Role
As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will be responsible for building careers in healthcare by connecting nurses and allied professionals with travel and permanent job opportunities nationwide. You will act as the go-to recruiter from the first conversation through the end of each contract, present competitive pay packages, and drive impact through persistence. You will also work towards achieving weekly, monthly, and quarterly benchmarks to stay motivated and rewarded.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong communication skills by phone and email.
Preferred:
- Prior sales or healthcare experience.
- A competitive drive with resilience to overcome obstacles.
