About You
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of professional experience in revenue cycle operations in a health care provider, consulting, or technology vendor environment
- 3+ years of experience in translating requirements into optimized designs
- 3+ years hands-on experience with PowerPoint
- 3+ years experience leading workstreams and/or small teams
- Ability to travel 50%, on average
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship
- Experience in revenue cycle functions: Patient Access, Coding, Revenue Integrity, HIM, Charge Integrity, Patient Financial Services
- Proficiency with financial, billing and reimbursement data
- Working knowledge of UB-04, MA claim form, HCFA-1500, claim form and claim scrubber
- Experience with hospital and physician financial and patient accounting systems like EPIC, Cerner, etc.
- Experience with advanced analytics tools (Python, Tableau) and querying language (SQL)
- Basic understanding of automation and machine learning techniques in healthcare
- Advanced degree in business or health care-related field (e.g., MHA, MBA)
