Summary
Guidehouse is seeking a Healthcare Review/Audit Consultant to join their team in Philadelphia, PA. The role involves conducting thorough reviews of CMS programs related to the Affordable Care Act and supporting program integrity initiatives.
About the Role
As a Healthcare Review/Audit Consultant, you will analyze data and process documentation, identify policy and program updates, verify error findings with stakeholders, document lessons learned, and contribute to the development of program documents and reporting. You will collaborate with a team and external stakeholders to ensure the success of CMS programs.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in health policy, public health, public policy, or other health, finance, accounting, or social science related field.
- 1 – 3 years of professional experience in audit, compliance, research, program management, process improvement, or operations.
- Experience with and/or knowledge of data analysis.
- Strong writing and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Acute attention to detail, process-oriented, and strong work ethic.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance (US citizenship required).
Preferred:
- Knowledge of Health Insurance Exchanges.
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, Medicare Advantage.
- Auditing experience.
