Summary
Guidehouse is seeking a Healthcare Strategy & Transformation Senior Consultant to join their team in Houston, TX. The role involves transforming healthcare clients' business processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring compliance with Federal laws.
About the Role
As a Senior Consultant, you will manage client relationships, implement solutions, and deliver project results. Your responsibilities include leading project workstreams, supporting operational tasks, preparing reports and presentations, and mentoring junior consultants. You will work collaboratively with a team to address complex clinical and business challenges in the healthcare sector.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, public health, public policy, or related field.
- 3+ years of management consulting or planning experience in the healthcare industry.
- Thorough understanding of the healthcare industry.
- Organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort with analysis in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
Preferred:
- An advanced degree in a relevant field (MHA, MBA, MPH, MPA, PhD, or similar).
- PMP Certification or similar.
- Direct experience with data analytics.
- Experience with federal direct healthcare delivery systems.
- Experience conducting market research and legislative analysis.
- Federal and commercial healthcare consulting experience.
