About the Role
About You
- 20+ years of experience in Project Management, Construction Management or Construction Contracting of Complex Heavy Civil Engineering projects, including rail projects.
- 10+ years of experience as a Resident Engineer acting as the Principal/Owner’s Representative in managing Major Construction Contracts of at least $1B.
- 5+ years of experience managing alternative delivery projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Professional License or Certification; Professional Engineering, PMP, etc.
- Good understanding of Caltrans civil and structural criteria and review process, NEPA/CEQA practices, FTA construction practices, and regulations governing railroads.
