About You
- Must own proper tools for diagnostics and repairs.
- Valid Driver’s License with clean record.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of hydraulics, transmissions, and undercarriage systems.
- Experience using diagnostic systems such as Cat ET.
- Prior military mechanic or heavy equipment repair experience strongly valued.
- Welding & fabrication (MIG, arc welding, oxyacetylene, arc gouging).
- Hands-on experience with hydraulic pumps, valves, and motors.
- OEM, dealership, or technical school equipment service training.
- Advanced proficiency with Caterpillar diagnostic platforms.
