About You
Required:
- 3-5 years of recent experience as a heavy equipment operator in construction.
- Experience operating bulldozers and excavators.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with rollers, motor graders, and articulated trucks.
- Knowledge of GPS technology.
