About the Role
As a Heavy Equipment Operator/Streets Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing streets, performing street overlay and crack-seal operations, ensuring streets and sidewalks are clear, and maintaining excellent public relations. You will also be required to perform snow removal duties and be available for on-call status during winter months.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Satisfactory driving record is required for employment.
Preferred:
- Two years of related experience with equipment.
- A Class B CDL is preferred, must be able to obtain within six months of employment.
- Experience with motor graders and asphalt pavers.
Benefits
- Hourly salary range of $25.49 - $34.41.
- 10% on-call pay for snow removal duties during winter months.
- Work schedule of four ten-hour days, Monday through Thursday.
