- Board Eligible in Hematology within 3 years of Residency and to become BC within 1 year of employment.
- Board Eligible in Medical Oncology within 3 years of Residency and to become BC within 1 year of employment.
- IA and IL licenses (or willing to obtain).
- DEA Verbal Confirmation (or able to obtain prior to start).
- CSR/CDA (or able to obtain prior to start).
- No malpractice cases in Probate or requiring supervision.
- Clean malpractice history.
