About the Role
As a Bilingual Senior HR Generalist, you will oversee leave administration, manage full-cycle recruitment, and ensure compliance with HR regulations. You will act as a resource for employees, interpret policies, and support management in employee relations. Your responsibilities will also include managing accommodations under the ADA and facilitating communication regarding leave entitlements.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field strongly preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience in Human Resources.
- Must be bilingual: English/Spanish.
Preferred:
- PHR/SPHR, CP/SCP certification preferred.
- Experience supporting a multi-lingual manufacturing environment preferred.
- Knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems.
