About the Role
As a High Value Residential Insurance Inspector, you will be responsible for scheduling and conducting property surveys, interacting with homeowners and insurance agents, documenting construction materials and unique features of homes, and generating estimated replacement values. You will work independently, managing your own schedule and completing web-based reports.
About You
Required:
- Prior underwriting experience is desirable.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Must have a smartphone, tablet, and personal computer.
- A reliable vehicle and Auto and General Liability Insurance.
Preferred:
- Experience in Insurance Adjusting, Home Appraisals, Real Estate, or Construction.
- Prior inspection experience on residential homes.
- Experience using Rapid Sketch, Xactimate, CAD, or other diagramming programs.
