About the Role
As a High Volume Baker, you will be responsible for following HACCP protocols, managing recipes and production logs, kneading and shaping dough, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring the quality and visual appeal of baked goods. You will work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to a supportive team culture.

- 2+ years of high volume bakery work experience.
Preferred:
- Bilingual in Spanish.
- Knowledge of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) Guidelines.
- Familiarity with Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Food Code.
- Associate in culinary baking or patisserie.
- Culinary baking or patisserie certification upon hire.
- Food Handler Certificate (FHC).
- Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points Certification (HACCP).
- ServeSafe Certification (SERV).
