About the Role
As an Assisted Living Administrator, you will be responsible for the overall operational oversight of an ALP, ALR, or SNALR. Your duties will include ensuring compliance with New York State Department of Health regulations, fostering positive relationships with staff and vendors, and maintaining confidentiality regarding resident information. You will also be required to work weekends and holidays as needed and may need to travel for meetings and public relations.
About You
Required:
- Active as an Executive Director in an Assisted Living environment.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on New York Assisted Living or Adult Home operations experience.
- Knowledge of New York State Department of Health Adult Home & Assisted Living regulations.
- Ability to interact with residents and family members to achieve desired outcomes.
Preferred:
- Experience with the New York City DOH Survey team.
- Knowledge of Medicaid, MLTCP, LHCSA, OMIG, OIG and related regulatory mandates.
