About the Role
As a Clinical Team Lead (LPN), you will conduct nursing assessments, manage medication administration, supervise field staff, ensure compliance with regulations, and provide training and support to new hires. You will also monitor client conditions and assist with staffing needs to maintain continuity of care.
About You
Required:
- Active LPN license in good standing.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience with IDD population and/or residential care settings.
- Strong knowledge of medication administration and documentation.
- Proven supervisory or leadership experience.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel between multiple locations.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and occasional weekends.
Preferred:
- Experience in group homes, waiver programs, or long-term residential settings.
- Knowledge of Medicaid waiver services.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
