- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in a scientific field preferred.
- 1+ years of GMP experience.
- 1+ years of experience within quality and quality control lab tech roles.
- 1+ years of experience with basic laboratory techniques.
- Strong working knowledge of computers.
- High attention to detail, organized, with above-average mechanical skills.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of Quality Systems (ISO/QS/TS).
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
