About the Role

As a QA/QC Technician, you will perform routine quality checks and audits on production lines, conduct inspections to verify compliance with food safety standards, monitor product formulations, and maintain accurate digital records of inspections. You will work closely with production staff to enforce quality control measures and support continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

Required:

High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline preferred.
1+ years experience in food manufacturing required if lacking a STEM degree.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow procedures meticulously.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

1+ years of quality control/quality assurance experience within food manufacturing.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and HACCP principles.
Knowledge of GMP, FDA, HACCP, SQF, and food safety standards.
Experience in laboratory settings and performing inspections and analysis.
