About You

Required:

MD or DO degree.
Board Certified or Board Eligible.
Active, unrestricted state medical license.
DEA license.
Valid driver license.
Ability to build and maintain rapport with facility staff and patients.
Proficiency in documenting EMR with strong attention to detail.
