About the Role
As a Historic Brewer, you will be responsible for enriching the Brewhouse experience through interpretation of displays, ingredients, and samples. Your daily tasks will include greeting guests, participating in brewing demonstrations, providing information about brewing processes, and maintaining cleanliness in the Brewhouse. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for visitors while adhering to safety regulations.
About You
Required:
- Excellent communication skills, with groups and one-on-one.
- Ability to work with diverse audiences and team members to realize exceptional service.
- Ability to learn and understand historic brewing techniques and Old World Wisconsin brewing process.
- Ability to maintain brewhouse equipment according to standard operating procedures.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to solve problems and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits
- Pay is $15.00 per hour with a weekend differential of 80 cents per hour.
- This is a Limited Term Employment position and does not include paid time off or benefits upon hire.
