About the Role

As a Histotech II, you will be responsible for preparing specimens for evaluation, embedding tissue with proper identification and orientation, cutting tissue for diagnostic purposes, performing special stains and immunohistochemistry, and ensuring quality control procedures are followed. You will also maintain laboratory equipment, troubleshoot issues, and adhere to safety protocols while working in a laboratory environment.

About You

Required:

Experience in histotechnology or a related field.
Knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and procedures.

Preferred:

Certification as a Histotechnologist (HTL) or Histotechnician (HT).
Experience with Ventana Benchmark Platform and special staining techniques.
