Community Mental Health for Central Michigan is seeking a Home-Based Outpatient Therapist to provide mental health services to families with children experiencing emotional disturbances in Reed City, MI.
About the Role
As a Home-Based Outpatient Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating and diagnosing recipients, providing crisis intervention, and delivering individual, family, and group therapy. You will work closely with community agencies to coordinate services and facilitate treatment plans, while also participating in professional development activities.
About You
Required:
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Clinical/Counseling Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
- Michigan state licensure.
Preferred:
- Experience working with children and families in a community mental health setting.
- Training in Cognitive Behavior Treatment, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma Informed Care.
