About the Role
As a Home-Based Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating and diagnosing recipients, providing crisis intervention, and delivering individual, family, and group therapy. You will work with families in their homes and communities, coordinating services with other agencies and ensuring adherence to best practice standards. The role requires the ability to work independently and stay current with professional knowledge.
About You
Required:
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Clinical/Counseling Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
- Michigan state licensure.
Preferred:
- Experience working with children and families in a community mental health setting.
- Training in Cognitive Behavior Treatment, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma Informed Care.
