- Grade 12 education required.
- Home Care Attendant Certificate or Health Care Aide Certificate with community component from a recognized post-secondary institute.
- Proficiency in both English and French.
- Previous experience working with the elderly or disabled in a community setting.
- Previous experience working in a home care program.
