About You
- Physical Therapist Program Graduate.
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of New York or eligible.
- Mandatory Certifications: First Aid, AED, & CPR Certifications.
- Home health experience.
- Ability to travel to patients' homes within the assigned geographic territory.

The beautiful spa-like outpatient offices offer heated salt water pools, full fitness centers, and state of the art equipment including game ready ice compression, electric stimulation, cold laser and ultrasound heat.
