RH is seeking a Home Delivery Lead to join their team in Salt Lake City, UT. The role involves coaching and mentoring a team to deliver operational excellence across all warehouse and home delivery functions.
About the Role
As a Home Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for promoting safety, maintaining a clean warehouse, completing records and reports, allocating labor, and establishing departmental goals. You will also oversee inventory control and contribute to enhancing the customer experience.
About You
Required:
- 1+ years experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment.
- Excellent communication skills; experience training and coaching associates.
- Ability to monitor, maintain, and operate equipment and machinery.
Preferred:
- RF scanning experience.
- Comfortable with and ability to use, learn and train new technology.
