Home Health Aide - Full Time (Monmouth County)

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Home Health Aide - Full Time to join their team in Monmouth County, NJ. The role involves providing in-home, para-professional services necessary for caring for patients' personal needs under the direction of the RN.

As a Home Health Aide, you will perform and assist patients with personal care activities, notify RNs of any changes in patient conditions, record required information on patient charts, assist with transfers and ambulation, perform general housekeeping, assist with medication administration, prepare meals, and provide ostomy care. You will also adhere to organizational competencies and standards of behavior while demonstrating flexibility with job responsibilities.
