VitalCaring Group is seeking a Home Health Aide - PRN to join their team in Dallas, TX. The role involves providing essential personal care services under the supervision of a registered nurse to promote comfort, dignity, and quality of life for patients.
About the Role
As a Home Health Aide, you will work collaboratively with the RN to fulfill patient-specific care plans, deliver hands-on personal care, assist with safe transfers and ambulation, document care delivery in the Electronic Medical Record system, and contribute to a culture of caring through teamwork.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Certification required for State-specific certified aide certification.
- One year experience as a Home Health or Hospice Aide or Nursing Assistant in a hospital, nursing home, or home health agency.
Preferred:
- Home health experience preferred.
- State licensure or a competency evaluation program, valid state driver’s license and auto liability insurance.
