Home Health Aide- PAH

Providence at Home with Compassus is seeking a Home Health Aide- PAH to join their team in Cerritos, CA. The role involves providing personal care and basic nursing functions to patients in their homes under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or other qualified professionals.

As a Home Health Aide, you will be responsible for delivering competent personal care as outlined in the Home Health Aide Plan of Care. Your duties will include assisting patients with daily living activities, performing basic nursing tasks, and maintaining patient confidentiality. You will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to ensure effective care delivery and will be required to manage your schedule and caseload independently.
