About You
Required:
- Minimum 1 year of HHA experience.
- Valid NYS HHA Certificate.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Valid driver’s license (REQUIRED).
- Physical exam (within 1 year).
- PPD or QuantiFERON (within 1 year) or chest X-ray (within 5 years).
- MMR immunizations (within 10 years).
