About the Role
As a Home Health Licensed Master Social Worker, you will be responsible for modeling the Compassus values and promoting positive working relationships. Your daily tasks will include providing care utilizing infection control measures, monitoring assigned cases for compliance, ensuring effective communication with patients and healthcare professionals, and evaluating home health patients to identify their needs. You will also be expected to document care and perform other duties as assigned.
About You
Required:
- Master’s degree in Social Work.
- One (1) year experience as a Social Worker in a health care agency.
- Active and unencumbered Licensed Master Social Worker in state(s) of employment.
Preferred:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English.
