About the Role
As a Home Health Occupational Therapist Assistant, you will implement treatment programs to assist patients with physical, cognitive, sensory, and social/emotional disabilities. Your responsibilities will include following treatment plans, assisting patients with adaptive devices, educating caregivers, and documenting patient care in an electronic medical record system.
About You
Required:
- Current state licensing for occupational therapy assistance.
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Previous experience working in an occupational therapy setting.
- CPR License.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management skills.
- Ability to make decisions in a high-stress environment.
