About the Role
As a Home Health Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing patients' therapeutic needs, developing and implementing treatment plans, instructing patients and caregivers, and participating in discharge planning. You will also supervise physical therapy assistants and ensure adherence to company policies and state regulations.
About You
Required:
- Post baccalaureate degree in physical therapy (Doctor of Physical Therapy) approved by CAPTE.
- Licensed to practice as a physical therapist by the Physical Therapy Board of California.
- Good verbal and written communication and organization skills.
- Current CPR certification.
- Valid California Driver's License and auto insurance.
Preferred:
- Experience in home health care settings.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
