About the Role
As a Part-Time Home Health Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for making visits to clients in their homes, performing diagnostic tests and measurements, developing and implementing individualized care plans, continually assessing and revising care plans, educating clients and their families, and accurately documenting client care management.
About You
Required:
- A current license as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts.
Preferred:
- Prior home care experience is not required, but is a plus.
- New Grad Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply.
