About the Role
About You
- Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy required; master's or doctorate desirable.
- Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience in Physical Therapy in an acute or sub-acute care setting.
- Valid (or eligible) Connecticut Physical Therapist license.
- CPR certification required and must be maintained.
- Home care experience.
- Strong computer skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
