As a Home Health Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and implementing physical therapy needs, developing treatment plans, and working closely with clients and their families to achieve maximum physical recovery. You will also instruct and supervise clients and other healthcare personnel, ensuring effective delivery of care.
About You
Required:
- Graduate of a Master's or higher degree in physical therapy from an accredited institution.
- Currently licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
- A minimum of one year’s experience as a Licensed Physical Therapist in a supervised setting within the past three years.
Preferred:
- Critical thinking skills and decisive judgment.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
