About the Role
As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will administer the physical therapy treatment plan developed by the Physical Therapist, perform therapeutic exercises, and apply various modalities to patients. You will also ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain effective communication with patients and their families.
About You
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy assistant with an Associate Degree in Physical Therapy.
- Current Texas State License to participate in physical therapy.
Preferred:
- Two years experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
- Strong therapy skills as set forth in the Therapy Practice Act.
