About the Role
About You
- 4+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Partner Engineering, or a similar technical pre-sales role, ideally within fintech, platform, or SaaS environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong understanding of API technologies including REST/JSON, OAuth, webhooks, SDKs, and developer tooling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to both technical and executive audiences.
- Experience with embedded finance, lending APIs, payments, or credit and risk workflows.
- Familiarity with fintech compliance and security frameworks such as PCI or SOC 2.
- Experience creating technical content such as onboarding guides, API documentation, tutorials, or playbooks.
