Summary
InfuCare Rx® is seeking a Home Infusion Nurse to join their team in Laurinburg, NC. The role involves providing patient-centric therapy for patients with complex conditions in the home infusion setting.
About the Role
As a Home Infusion Nurse, you will be responsible for monitoring patients' conditions, administering IV therapy, and ensuring compliance with clinical record maintenance. You will work collaboratively with a team to achieve positive client care outcomes and act as a patient advocate.
About You
Required:
- Current and unrestricted RN license
- A Bachelor of Science in nursing, an associate degree in nursing, or graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current CPR certification
- 3 years’ experience as an RN, ideally with some home care experience and exceptional IV skills
- Proof of eligibility to work in the US
- Clean background and criminal record, must pass drug test
Preferred:
- Experience in home infusion therapy
- Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills
