InfuCare Rx® is seeking a Home Infusion Nurse to join their team in New Brunswick, NJ. The role involves providing patient-centric therapy for patients with complex conditions in a home setting.
About the Role
As a Home Infusion Nurse, you will be responsible for observing, interpreting, and monitoring patients' conditions, ensuring compliance with clinical records, and collaborating with a healthcare team to achieve positive client care outcomes. You will perform IV therapy and act as a patient advocate, while also maintaining communication with patients and the nursing team.
About You
Required:
- Current and unrestricted RN license
- 3 years’ experience as an RN, ideally with some home care experience and exceptional IV skills
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing, or graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current CPR certification
- Proof of eligibility to work in the US
- Ability to pass annual competency checks
- Clean background and criminal record, must pass drug test
Preferred:
- Experience in home infusion therapy
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
