GreenSavers is seeking a Home Performance Consultant to join their team in Portland, OR. The role focuses on in-home sales to promote home energy efficiency solutions.
About the Role
As a Home Performance Consultant, you will utilize a data-driven, consultative approach to provide effective solutions for clients' comfort, efficiency, and home health needs. Your responsibilities include conducting home energy audits, building client relationships, and guiding clients through the assessment to contract signing process.
About You
Required:
- Valid driver's license & insurable driving record
- 3+ years of experience in sales or customer service
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with common operating systems, web browsers, and Excel-style spreadsheets
Preferred:
- Prior outside sales experience; successful record of in-home sales experience
- Bachelor's degree or further education
- BPI certification
- Experience in construction, home maintenance, or energy optimization
