About the Role
As a Home Services Operations Manager, you will be responsible for executing in-home service projects on time and within scope, managing daily schedules for staff and contractors, overseeing travel planning, providing coaching and mentorship, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain inventory flow. You will also develop operational policies, monitor costs, and ensure high-quality client experiences.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in client-facing project management or related work.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing direct reports in client-facing project management or related work.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Experience with Sales Force or similar computer programs.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
