Summary
Children's Institute is seeking a Home Visitor to provide in-home education, support, and resource services to children, parents, pregnant women, and families in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area.
About the Role
As a Home Visitor, you will collaborate with parents to develop individualized programs for families, promote parent-child bonding, maintain case notes, assess family needs, and conduct weekly home visits. You will also provide resources and referrals to community support and ensure proper child-parent socialization.
About You
Required:
- 1 year of home visitation, early childhood services, or community-based programs experience.
- Associate degree in early childhood education, social work, psychology, childhood development, or a related field.
Preferred:
- B.A in early childhood education or related field.
- Spanish / English / Korean bilingual.
