Magellan Federal is seeking a Home Visitor, RN/BSN, LCSW/LMFT from any state to join their team in JBLM, Washington. The role involves providing support to military families with expectant parents and parents of children from birth to 3 years of age.

About the Role

As a Home Visitor, you will provide effective, timely, and confidential services to families assessed as being at risk for child maltreatment and/or family violence. Your responsibilities will include assessing developmental milestones, promoting parenting skills, facilitating community networks, and utilizing community-based services to support families in crisis. You will also maintain case tracking systems and participate in training events.

About You

Required:

At least two (2) years of direct work experience in child abuse or domestic abuse, or maternal or child health or medical social work.
Current and active license as an LCSW, LMFT, or RN.
Bachelor's degree in nursing or a master's degree in counseling or social work.
Home visitation experience.
Valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Preferred:

Experience in public/community health or mental health.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
