About the Role

As a HomeBASE Case Manager, you will conduct comprehensive client assessments, provide case management and support, assist with housing searches, and connect clients to necessary services. You will be responsible for managing a caseload, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and maintaining accurate documentation and reporting.

About You

Required:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to maintain accuracy while meeting deadlines.
Strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and database systems.
Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) required.
1-3 years working in the Human Services field or case management experience.

Preferred:

Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
Experience with assisting clients with housing search/resources.
