The position requires collaboration with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care and adherence to best practices.
About You
Required:
- Active NY State RN License.
- 1 to 2 years of CHHA Homecare / OASIS experience.
Preferred:
- Experience in coordinating home care services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
